Australian DJ/Producer Tom Budin’s collaboration “Wandering Souls” with Singer/Songwriter Kopa is out on all streaming platforms. This summer tune is released on Don Diablo’s very own Hexagon.
Kopa certainly had a few words to describe his new venture. Here’s what he mentioned, “The song is heavily inspired by nature, travel and the unknown. Is started off as an acoustic folk tune with just the voice and guitars. After the main melody and lyrics were established, we transformed this sketch into a full-fledged electronic dance hit.”
An artist’s personal touch is what makes the record special and that’s a prime reason for this record to bloom. Give it a listen.
Loaded with ample amount of strings and fulfilling bass work, the tune starts off to Ropa’s wide and free vocals that guide the tone for the entirety of the record. A future house drop with a lot of synthwave goodness encapsulating it helps with the overall groove of the track. In the whole, this track is a great evening jam and definitely a great tune for driving around in a rather boring and restrictive lockdown.
