China’s influential EDM artist Vesk Green combined forces with fellow bass wunderkind Blosso today to release the high-octane single “Fall” on Monstercat.
From Vesk Green’s childhood memories of growing up with trance to Blosso’s experience in playing emocore music in a band, they come together to up the ante in “Fall”. The shimmering opening takes listeners on a momentous journey through screeching synths, addictive mini drops, and poignant lyrics.
Vesk Green shares, “This is about two young music producers with the same background, same interests, and similar love experiences, but they have different ideas about music.”
Blosso adds, “I wanted to express how I felt when I was depressed, but also how I could overcome it.”
No stranger to ravers in Guangdong, Vesk Green is fast emerging to be one of the most prominent, young electronic artists in China with eight years of production experience and an array of accolades. Some of his many achievements include 100 million plays on NetEase, earning the #14 spot on PYRO’s Top DJs list in 2021, and winning Dillon Francis’ “Be Somebody” global remix contest.
