LA-based producer yetep returned to Monstercat today with label newcomer KLAXX for their emotive dance single, “Journey.”
Following his debut label releases “Daisies” and “First Place,” yetep’s melodic stylings fuse effortlessly with KLAXX’s pop-leaning background, invigorated by euphoric vocals, uplifting chords, and an energetic bassline. Leading with hopeful lyricism about uncertain times, the record cements the duo’s promising careers while soundtracking the last care-free days of summer.
yetep shares, “This song is about not giving a care for anything else, but just living in the present and having fun with someone you love.”
