After many DJs removing the festival from their touring schedules, the festival has now made an official announcement revealing it is postponed to fall and will now kick off on 2nd October, 2020.
Being one of the only festivals in America to have about 200+ artists on the lineup every edition, EDC Las Vegas might also see a significant Lineup change.
Insomniac Founder and EDC Las Vegas Founder – Pasquale Rotella had a few words for the “Headliners”.
“The team and I took every single factor into consideration: weather, hotel rates, talent availability, coordination with the Speedway and local officials, and most importantly, a date that would give us enough time for things to get back to normal so we can all come back stronger than ever.”
Take a look at his full statement below.
Tickets taken by the patrons will be honoured on the new dates. However, if one chooses to not attend due to various reasons, a refund option is also being provided by Insomniac Events.
EDC makes it to the list of many big festivals that got postponed towards the end of fall. This is sad news for most summer festival goers, but this move is necessary to keep lives safe.
