On October 4, 2022 Laidback Luke took to social media to share pictures and the news that he and his wife Ashley have welcomed their first child together, their son L.J.
In the post he shared that both mom and son were healthy and well sharing, “My first child with Ashley my wife, who has been handling all this so calm and gently. She’s recovering really well and I’m proud to say she gave me a 9 pound 9 ounces big & healthy baby boy .”
While this isn’t the Dutch-Filipino first child, he has three children from his previous marriages, it is his first child together with his wife Ashley. The new dad made sure he wore his tag loud and proud with his hat saying “Papa.” This is however not slowing him down with the power packed year his career has been having and his return to the stage is set for October 21, at the Ministry of Sound in London.
This past year, Laidback Luke has made his presence felt in the NFT and web3 spaces. He also has been present over the festival circuit as well as supporting Hardwell’s Rebels Never Die World Tour.
We’d like to wish the family only the very best of health and happiness as they welcome lil L.J. into their world.
