Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is once again at the center of controversy. A new lawsuit, filed last week, accuses Diddy of making a chilling statement: that he orchestrated Tupac Shakur’s murder.
The lawsuit, brought forward by an anonymous plaintiff known as John Doe, also includes allegations of sex trafficking and coercion.
“If I Can Get Pac Hit…”
According to court filings, John Doe claims that during a heated exchange, Diddy threatened him by referencing Tupac’s 1996 drive-by shooting. “If I can get Pac hit, what the f*** do you think can happen to you?” he allegedly warned.
This is not the first time Diddy’s name has been linked to Tupac’s murder, though he has never been formally charged. The case remains one of the most infamous unsolved crimes in hip-hop history.
New Legal Trouble for Diddy
The lawsuit adds to the growing list of allegations against Diddy. In addition to claims of boasting about Tupac’s murder, the filing accuses him of orchestrating sexual exploitation. John Doe, who reportedly met Diddy in 2012 through a male companion service, alleges he was drugged and assaulted at the rapper’s request.
The lawsuit describes an incident at a New York hotel where John Doe claims he was coerced into “degrading acts” and later threatened into silence.
The Big Picture
While Diddy has denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty to related charges, this latest lawsuit intensifies scrutiny on his past. His legal troubles have been piling up, and with multiple accusers stepping forward, public perception of the once-celebrated music mogul is rapidly shifting.
As of now, Diddy remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. Whether these latest allegations will lead to new investigations into Tupac’s murder remains to be seen.
