Listed for sale back in July of 2021, Zedd has now sold his massive Beverly Hills Mansion for a massive $18.4 million!
The space that Zedd himself invested $16 million into in 2018 was featured on the Architectural Digest. Now the mansion has been bought by Emmy Award-winning creator of black-ish, Kenya Barris, who will now own the stunning home.
Set on a 3.2 acre hillside in Benedict Canyon, an area of Los Angeles that’s near Sherman Oaks and northwest of Beverly Hills, the property boasts a host of amenities including an indoor-outdoor gym, a billiards room, and custom designed movie theater to name a few. Spread over 11,000 square feet, the mansion has five bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and also included Zedd’s recording studio.

The Grammy-winning DJ and producer had infused his personal sense of style into the house and made it his own. While the initial asking price for the mansion was a whopping $26.5 million, he still was able to turn it around for a $2.4 million profit over what he spent on it 5 years ago.
