Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE announce a house and techno musical offering for March listings that mirror the quality of their Balearic sister venue.
Well underway into the season, the day-to-night beach-side party oasis continues to serve up a discerning line-up while their famed Saturday Beach Brunches hold their title as best in the UAE.
Over February we welcomed seasoned selectors Sasha, Anna and Skream to the site of BMI’s ceremonial Fire Festival. Blue Marlin’s weekly draws dance music fans from across the peninsula and for March will be no different.
For the first week in March, BMI UAE are pleased to welcome Steve Lawler to headline proceedings. Highly regarded by his industry peers and fans, Lawler is considered an electronic artist who defies the generic boundaries of what a DJ can do. Joining him will be techno figurehead Carlo Lio, as he channels Blue Marlin’s ethereal qualities with a taste for the cosmic with support from Popof who brings Parisian charm that has appealed in every corner, over a career working both the most credible clubs and with stadium-sized celebrity.
Revered talent and influential figure within the techno world, Stephan Bodzin accompanies the history-maker from Hamburg that is Oliver Huntemann for an industrial music marathon. Joining them will be Pete Zorba who’s DJing has taken him to some of the finest clubs in the world.
The finale comes in a trio of titanic team-ups, with Davide Squillace complimenting the sociable and serene Magdalena. Already inducted into fame, Cocoon’s crown selector and mentor Sven Väth partners up with label playmaker Maurizio on the 24th. Finally, the shapeshifting Green Velvet DJs as his sweat-inducing, punk-inspired persona, with a guest only just getting started spreading her impressive wingspan as she was recently propelled into the spotlight: Maya Jane Coles.
