After yesterday’s shocking terror attack at Ariana Grande’s concert in Manchester, not only is U.K. under stress but also the rest of Europe is concerned.
The tragedy at Manchester has triggered Swedish duo Axwell Λ Ingrosso to cancel their performance at the UEFA Europa League Final, which is set to take place at their hometown of Stockholm on May 24. After discussions with UEFA, the duo felt that it wasn’t right for them to continue with the show.
The duo also expressed their concerns over terrorism and lent their support to people suffering across the globe. In addition, they ended by saying, “We were very much looking forward to this but the occasion doesn’t feel right for us. Music will always bring us together but we must respect how sad people feel today.”
