Fresh off a furious festival season and their biggest sold-out show ever, electronic music trailblazers Chase & Status have announced their headlining North American Tour — and tickets go on sale today at 10am local time.
Starting October 31, the duo is planning takeovers of Brooklyn, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Denver, and Chicago, with support from Skepsis, Sirene, Peekaboo, MPH, and others to be announced. Tickets available here.
Chase & Status shared the dates with a simple question, “USA Crew. Who’s with us?” As they celebrate 20-plus years of innovation, the answer stands to be deafening thanks in part to their explosive new hit “BACKBONE,” featuring British rap sensation Stormzy – listen HERE and watch HERE. The heavyweight DnB crusher has held down #1 on the UK Official Singles Chart for three weeks running, earned a #1 in Trending for YouTube Music UK, and skipped across the pond for a #12 debut on Spotify’s US Viral Chart.
The rise of “BACKBONE” has been inextricably tied to Chase & Status’ 2024 run of thrilling performances. Fans first got a taste at Coachella, where the duo debuted the track during their live set, leaving festival-goers and viewers worldwide in awe (watch here). The buzz then continued to build, culminating in a surprise live drop-in from Stormzy at Chase & Status’ electrifying Ushuaïa Ibiza takeover (watch here). The high-energy hit then went viral ahead of an official release early last month, just in time for Chase & Status to throw their largest live show yet — a sold-out, 45,000-capacity performance at Milton Keynes Bowl in August.
Now, with a late-summer anthem lighting up charts and some stateside festival appearances on the horizon — North Carolina’s Breakaway (September 27), San Francisco’s Portola (September 29), Austin’s Freaky Deaky (October 26) — Chase & Status are set to dominate US dance floors when the North American Tour touches down.
