Fresh from the creative minds behind the hugely successful Forbidden Forest, comes brand-new series – Forbidden 42.

Taking place at the Bruntingthorpe airfield in Lutterworth, the Leicestershire parties will kick off on 27th October with a special all-day Halloween rave.

Clad with an aviation theme to reflect the tone of the Bruntingthorpe venue, an eclectic list of names will join proceedings, with the October event headlined by dynamic DJ and producer Hannah Wants, and BBC Radio 1 broadcaster, Danny Howard, who is currently in the midst of his ‘Nothing Else Matters’ UK tour.

Joined by the likes of Michael Bibi, Pax, GW Harrison, Mason Collective, and many more, the Halloween party will also see a special guest appearance from hugely popular Australian producer, Sonny Fodera, whose set at the Forbidden Forest event in May proved a huge highlight.

With over 3,000 party-goers expected to join the raves, Forbidden 42 marks the biggest indoor club show in the Midlands with another event added on 1st December, headlined by drum & bass legend Andy C, and the thunderous beats of UK producer Wilkinson, best known for his UK Top 10 hit ‘Afterglow.’ With the likes of Skepsis, Bru-C, Notion, and many more in attendance at the December event, the Forbidden 42 series is rapidly looking like the hottest ticket on the dance calendar this Autumn.

Created by a team of rave enthusiasts with a desire to challenge convention within today’s festival and club circuit, Forbidden 42 follows the next installment of sibling event, Forbidden Forest, which will see GRAMMY nominated ‘Cola’ producers CamelPhat and Detroit house maestro MK, return to Leicester next month.

With the parties running for a solid 9 hours each, Forbidden 42 will be sure to encompass the same distinct DIY attitude that’s reminiscent of the UK house scene from decades before and prove itself as one of the UK’s most eagerly anticipated new event brands. Tickets for the event are on sale now www.forbidden42.co.uk.
