You’ve heard him and partied to his beats…now it’s time to hear his story! Nucleya aka Udyan Sagar is known for his unique tracks which perfectly fuse with traditional Indian instruments and sounds, to create tunes which bring about a new ‘desi’ twist to EDM.
He started his music journey as a co-founder of Bandish Projekt, after which he moved on to releasing singles and collaborations, performing in world class festivals including Glastonbury and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival and working alongside the likes of Diplo and Modeselektor.
Red Bull India and Red Bull Media house present ‘Ride to the Roots’- a documentary projecting the life of Nucleya, aiming to delve deeper into his beginnings, how he transformed into a young Indian EDM inspiration, and how he is still attuned to his roots. Aimed to inspire, motivate and simply inform- the video presents Udyan’s journey to Nucleya through speaking to his friends, family and fellow team members.
Directed by Misha Ghose, ‘Ride to the Roots’ is not one to be missed.
