Perfect Stranger is set for a massive 3-city tour in India this month-end. The tour is presented by Paradox, an India based event management company.
The Russian born, California based, Israeli electronic musician, will be touring the country from the 31st of August to the 2nd of September, 2018.
Under the stage name Perfect Stranger, Yuli Fershtat has been a reckoning force in the industry, producing a scintillating mix of psy and progressive trance, with a hint of Techno elements. His music has been released under the guise of BLT also, creating distinct sounds and groovy bits. His music has been a confluence of progressive trance and techno and has a unique flavour to it.
Yuli draws his inspiration from psychedelic progressive artists, such as King Crimson, Genesis, Jethro Tull and has drawn the rock influence from Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple. He is also seen mentioning Jean Michael Jarre’s Oxygène as a critical aspect of his musical development.
His relationship with India is quite old as he discovered Electronic Psychedelic music here in Goa and has admired it since then. With his first album Alchemic Anecdote releasing in 1999, he has released 8 albums under both names. In 2005 he started producing music as Perfect Stranger and under this name, Learning=Change was his first album.
Having played at revered stages across the globe, like Universo Paralello Festival, Glade Festival, Strawberry Fields, Subsonic Festival and a lot many. He always maintains that he sees music in everything and says everything under the sun is in tune.
