R&B extraordinaire Anderson .Paak to tour India early next year

It’s not often that we see artists of massive magnitude tour India and we have had to patiently wait for our turn for big artists to perform in the country. But this piece of news certifies why India is turning into a melting pot of different sorts of music.

Well, 2018 just got bigger ALREADY! R&B extraordinaire Anderson .Paak is set to perform In India Early next year and we are absolutely HYPED!

After making his debut as Breezy Lovejoy in 2009 and later assuming his current identity in 2012, Anderson .Paak is one the most respected American exports. .Paak has been making he some of the most exciting new music around. His sound is a warm and hazy blend of styles – funk, jazz, New York house, reggae, trap, a hint of psych-rock – anchored in R&B and hip-hop. He is equally at home singing and rapping. And he has a highly distinctive voice which has managed to capture millions of hearts around the world.

Joining Anderson .Paak will be The Free Nationals, London rockers Wolf Alice, hip-hop artist Watsky, English drummer Danny Goffey and one more name that’s yet to be finalized. The Indian contingent to join this extraordinary line up includes New Delhi singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad, Mumbai based rapper DIVINE and Bengaluru folk/indie band When Chai Met Toast.

Bringing you this massive event is Backdoors, who are hosting their second event having previously hosted the likes Jose Gonzalez, Patrick Watson and Steven Wilson for their first edition.
