Registrations for The Exchange 2015 are now open!

UKTI and Submerge are back this year with the second edition of “The Exchange”- a B2B music conference to be held on the 3rd and 4th of December 2015 at The Lalit, Mumbai.

The Exchange is an initiative by UK Trade & Investment and produced by Submerge to get British and Indian talent, trade bodies, and industry people together to understand the region and discuss potential business opportunities.

This year, The Exchange will be a two-day conference comprising of a series of panels between key industry heads and international and Indian delegates, and workshops to aid upcoming artists hone their talent. A new addition in 2015 is The Lab – a noteworthy program dedicated to music, game changing technology, production and a lot more.

The Exchange 2014 saw over 900 online registrations for the program, more than 500 attendees at the event, 55 speakers, 40 international delegates and over 4000 people attending the music showcases across Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru.

This year, The Exchange will be a two-day conference will comprising of a series of panels between key industry heads and international and Indian delegates, and workshops to aid upcoming artists hone their talent.

The conference will also include ‘The Lab’ – a think tank of creative individuals breaking ground in production, design and technology and a conducive space for dialogue between professionals who are the driving force in the scene. A free and open platform that focuses on gear, interactive media, innovations and technologies. A “Create>Ideate>Exchange” approach to the world of music.

What’s more, the conference includes a showcase of upcoming talent from India as well as the UK.
