American DJ/Producer born in Michigan, Seth Troxler focuses on the genre of house and techno music having produced on some world renowned labels such as Wolf + Lamb, Crosstown Rebels and Circus Company Labels collaborating with artists such as Art Department, Deetron, Tiefschwarz, Matthew Dear, Subb-an amongst others. He also runs three labels himself, one of them being a joint venture with highly acclaimed Martinez Brothers.
Seth Troxler has played at a number of clubbing institutions such as Fabric, Circoloco (where he also hosts a residency) Panorama Bar, Watergate, Warung, Womb & Robert Johnson as well as festivals such as Detroit Electronic Music Festival, Glastonbury, Coachella, Wonderfruit, Sonar & Burning Man. He was a member of the Visionquest collective which includes Ryan Crosson, Lee Curtis & Shaun Reeves. In 2013, the four DJs undertook their Visionquest Thirteen World Tour which saw take over various clubs around the world for an all-night multi-deck DJ performance.
In 2011 and 2012 he was voted as No 1 DJ under the RA Top 100 DJ Poll and also ranked No 13 out of 25 DJs that rule the world as per Rolling Stone. Apart from being into music, another passion of Troxler’s is cooking, having won the Amsterdam Dance Event DJ cook-off for three years in a row and now subsequently judging the competition. In August 2013, he undertook a new venture with three other collaborators to set up the pop-up restaurant Smokey Tails – an American serving BBQ serving smoked meats and cocktails. In 2016 he was a member of an expedition to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro lead by renowned Australian neurosurgeon Charlie Teo that raised over $1million for brain cancer charities.
