Zedd’s latest show in Toronto part of his sold out True Colors North American Tour faced several security and capacity problems leaving fans and DJ frustrated.
The past Saturday, Toronto’s Ricoh Coliseum opened its doors for thousands of fans who came to see Zedd, Dillon Francis, and Alex Metric perform. However a few hundred were denied access to the event when security informed attendees that the GA Floor area was full. Some of these fans who had paid up to $100 for a ticket had already waited in line through multiple security checks for several hours to get in. Many attendees became irate after the venue and promoters denied them access to the area they paid for.
Check out the video below showing one of the promoters clearly telling fans to watch the show from the stands above even though they had paid for the GA floor tickets.
Even Zedd blamed the promoters, ‘Embrace’ for the chaos.
TORONTO – promoter screwed up regarding the ID checks. It's all resolved now. You can all come in. Thanks for ur patience!!! :)

TORONTO, about to go on!!! Sorry for the delay…. Trust me – I'm as frustrated as you are about the security / capacity issue!!!

But just because the promoter fucks up doesn't mean we're not gonna make this awesome!! :)
Let's make this the most epic show ever.

To top it off, Embrace issued a statement reminding fans that GA was “subject to capacity” and that they don’t issue refunds.
