Shocking Text from Blake Lively to Justin Baldoni Revealed in £320 Million Lawsuit

The ongoing legal drama between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has taken another turn as Baldoni reveals alleged text messages in a £320 million lawsuit filed against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloane.

Key Text Messages Unveiled in Baldoni’s Lawsuit

Baldoni claims the texts, included in a 179-page lawsuit, demonstrate that Lively attempted to control the film’s narrative and unfairly painted him as the villain in their professional collaboration. The texts highlight conversations about script edits, professional praise, and even comparisons to Game of Thrones characters.

One of the messages Baldoni shared stated, “Also was working on rooftop scene today, I really love what you did. It really hep [sic] a lot. Makes it so much more fun and interesting. (And I would have felt that way without Ryan and Taylor).”

Lively’s Alleged Response

In response, Lively reportedly sent a detailed reply two days later, saying, “I have no motives except for you to win. As a director. As an actor. As a studio. As a writer. If you win, I win.” She went on to acknowledge her husband Ryan Reynolds and an unnamed friend as key supporters, referring to them as her creative “dragons.”

Drawing a comparison to Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones, Lively allegedly said, “If you ever get around to watching Games of Thrones, you’ll appreciate that I’m Khaleesi, and like her, I happen to have a few dragons. For better or worse, but usually for better. Because my dragons also protect those I fight for.”

Backdrop to the Legal Battle

This lawsuit follows Lively’s initial December 2024 legal complaint, accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and “social manipulation.” Baldoni countered by filing a £320 million lawsuit, alleging defamation, false light invasion of privacy, and interference with contractual relations, among other claims.

Baldoni’s legal team argues that the texts prove Lively’s allegations are unfounded. They also claim her actions during the film’s production were part of a broader strategy to undermine him professionally and personally.

Lively’s Team Responds

Lively’s representatives have denied Baldoni’s claims, stating, “The strategy of attacking the woman is desperate, it does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively’s complaint, and it will fail.” They further characterized Baldoni’s legal strategy as part of the “abuser playbook,” a term used to describe tactics designed to discredit and intimidate victims.

What’s Next?

With lawsuits piling up and both sides presenting their own evidence, this high-profile legal battle shows no signs of slowing down. Both parties have vowed to fight vigorously, ensuring that their respective narratives continue to dominate headlines in the coming weeks.

As more details emerge, it remains to be seen how this complex and contentious dispute will unfold in court. Stay tuned for updates.
