Just over a year ago, Manovski decided to sell his studio in Sydney and move to London, where he joined the emerging tropical house scene that had started developing at the Tileyard Studios complex. It was here that songs including Kygo’s ‘Stole The Show’ and Sigala’s ‘Easy Love’ were conceived.
Shortly after this, he began collaborating with Sigala, co-writing and co-producing his UK top 10 single ‘Give Me your Love’ ft John Newman & Nile Rodgers, and became the Musical Director for his live shows. Working with dance acts including Sigala, Sondr (Ultra/Sony), Imani Williams (RCA/Sony) and more recently Hardwell (he co-wrote his forthcoming single ‘Creatures Of The Night’) propelled Manovski to develop his own unique brand of house music.
This can be heard on his forthcoming single ‘My Redemption Song’, written with singer/songwriter Sam Gray. This track is a unique strain of uplifting acoustic house music, revolving around a catchy guitar riff and enhanced by Gray’s vocal prowess and inspiring lyrics.
Manovski’s writing and production ability is not limited to dance music and has won him accolades across Europe. He has contributed to two cuts on Sweet California’s #1 album Head For The Stars (Warner Spain) and to the title track for the #1 album Ghost Town by Auryn (Warner Spain).
