Caitlyn Jenner Says “No Regrets” About Visiting Israel During Missile Attacks

Caitlyn Jenner made it clear she has no regrets about being in Israel during a tense and dangerous few days following missile attacks between Israel and Iran.

The 75-year-old former Olympian had flown into Tel Aviv to attend the city’s annual Pride Parade. However, the event was cancelled after Israel launched an airstrike on Iranian nuclear and missile sites on Friday, June 13, 2025. In retaliation, Iran responded with missile attacks over the weekend.

Despite the escalating conflict, Jenner remained in Tel Aviv and even took shelter in a bomb bunker while sipping red wine with other civilians. On social media platform X (formerly Twitter), she stated, “My heart is with the nation and people of Israel. Many people are asking if I regret or second guess my journey to Israel and being there while we were attacked. Simple answer, NO. There is nowhere I would have rather been.”

Speaking to TMZ, she shared a more personal account of the experience. “I was proud to be in Israel the past few days, including when the bombings started,” she said. “I sheltered in place alongside Israelis and foreigners. This included Christians, Jews, and Muslims. The unity and strength of the diverse spirit of all faiths and nationalities sheltering together as one people was a ceiling I can hardly explain without getting emotional.”

Jenner emphasized the strength she saw in those around her. “The best version of humanity was on display in the bunkers. The spirit and strength of the Israeli people, and allies of Israel, specifically leaders like Donald Trump, have achieved a long overdue mission: the destruction and dismantling of the terrorist Iranian regime.”

She went on to express her support for the Iranian people, stating, “The Iranian people deserve to be liberated from these terrorists, and the world is much safer without their violent terrorist government.”

Though Jenner has not officially confirmed if she left Israel, The Times of Israel reported that she booked a flight back to Los Angeles via Jordan on Sunday, June 15.

Her outspoken support for Israel and her presence during a time of active conflict has stirred debate online, but Jenner remains unapologetic. In her words, being there during the attacks was not something she feared, it was something that made her proud.

In a moment that brought together politics, war, and personal conviction, Caitlyn Jenner’s Israel visit will likely remain one of her most controversial and talked-about decisions in recent years.
