Jason Segel is officially off the market.
The 45-year-old actor popped the question to his girlfriend, 34-year-old actress and dancer Kayla Radomski, and she said yes. The couple, who began dating in 2023, shared the happy news via Kayla’s Instagram with a series of sweet and emotional proposal photos.
In the photos, Jason is seen getting down on one knee while Kayla looks genuinely shocked, covering her face in surprise. One picture shows her admiring her sparkling engagement ring, grinning from ear to ear. Another captures the newly engaged pair sharing a passionate kiss right after the proposal.
Kayla captioned the post simply and joyfully: “FOREVER YES”. The engagement appears to have happened recently, as she was also spotted in Los Angeles sporting the diamond ring not long after.

Jason was nominated for his role in Shrinking, the Apple TV+ series he co-created with Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein. At the time, Kayla publicly praised Jason on Instagram, calling him “one of the hardest working and most deserving humans on this planet.”
In the same post, she gushed about spending the day celebrating his nomination, saying, “I love you so much baby!” Her support didn’t stop there. In another touching message, she called the How I Met Your Mother star her “dream” man and thanked him for being the best partner she could have ever imagined.
Kayla Radomski may not be a household name, but she’s no stranger to the spotlight. A former back-up dancer for Taylor Swift, she’s had a successful career in the entertainment industry herself.
