Khloe Kardashian has a new boyfriend? Not anytime soon – at least that’s what she’s saying out loud. The 40-year-old reality star and businesswoman is choosing solo life over romance these days, and she’s not shy about why. In a refreshingly honest chat, Khloe revealed she’s totally okay with being single because she doesn’t want a new man to become a “distraction” from her two kids, True and Tatum.
The Kardashians star, who’s had some seriously high-profile romances – from her marriage to Lamar Odom to her long, rocky relationship with Tristan Thompson – says she’s in a different headspace now. In an interview with Us Weekly, Khloe explained that she’s laser-focused on being the best mom possible and isn’t willing to split her time or energy unless someone truly special comes along.
“Once you go a certain time frame, it doesn’t matter anymore,” she said. “You’re like, ‘OK, now you have to be really worth it to break that.’” And honestly? That’s a vibe.
Khloe Kardashian new boyfriend rumors have popped up from time to time since she and Tristan officially called it quits, but she’s always been pretty quiet about her personal life lately. Turns out, that’s because things are – by her own words – “non-existent” right now. In a recent episode of The Kardashians, Khloe even joked that she hasn’t been intimate with anyone in “so many years” that she’s basically starting over.
The convo got real when celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton made a cheeky remark about helping her find someone. “Let’s get Khloe laid!” he said, half-joking. Khloe laughed it off but admitted she’s just not interested in dating or sex at the moment. “I can get someone to have sex with me,” she told Chris and her sister Kim Kardashian, “I just don’t wanna have sex.”
That doesn’t mean she’s lonely though. In fact, she’s loving the calm. In her classic, sarcastic tone, Khloe said she’d rather “marry [her] bed” than jump into anything new. “I know who I’m coming home to every night,” she joked. “And you won’t talk back.”
For Khloe, any future relationship has to be about more than just chemistry. With two young kids, she knows the stakes are higher now. “I still have young kids,” she said. “Not that I’m saying I’m gonna wait till they’re 20, but I think you’re gonna have to be really, really special for me to want to add another person in the mix.”
She’s made it clear: family first. And it’s not just lip service. Khloe’s dedication to her children shows up in everything she does, from her on-screen appearances to how she runs her brand, Good American. Whether she eventually meets someone new or stays blissfully bed-married, Khloe seems more confident in her independence than ever.
That said, fans are still rooting for her to find love again when the time is right. After everything she’s been through with public breakups and cheating scandals, it’s easy to see why Khloe’s guarding her peace like it’s made of gold. But hey, when the right person comes along – someone who doesn’t mess with her flow or pull her away from her kids – maybe she’ll change her mind.
