Kris Jenner just made waves online, again.
The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch left fans stunned after she praised Kanye West and Tristan Thompson in her Father’s Day post on Instagram. Yup, those exes. The 69-year-old reality TV mogul posted a heartfelt tribute to “all of the dads” in her life and didn’t hold back on who made the cut, despite the controversial pasts that follow some of them.

In the tribute, Kris included photos of her daughters’ former partners, Kanye, Scott Disick, Tristan, and Travis Scott, alongside her current boyfriend, Corey Gamble; her ex-husbands, Robert Kardashian and Caitlyn Jenner; and her only son, Rob Kardashian. She wrote, “Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, and father figures out there! You have shaped, supported, and loved us in so many ways, and I’m grateful to have witnessed that love that each of you has for your children.”
She continued with a special shoutout to Rob, saying, “To my son, Rob… you were born to be a daddy, and I am so proud of the father and man you are. I love you! I wish all the dads out there a day filled with love.”
The internet reacted fast. Some fans applauded the post for being inclusive and classy. Comments like “She didn’t discriminate” and “The way you included Scott and Kanye is so sweet” flooded in. One fan even wrote, “This is an example of being the bigger person. Bravo!” Others weren’t quite so forgiving. “Girl, Tristan? Be fr lol,” one follower said, while another posted, “Remove Kanye Eeeeeew.” Let’s just say reactions were… divided.
Considering the rocky history between Kris and Kanye, especially after his public fallouts with Kim Kardashian and a string of erratic behavior, his inclusion definitely raised eyebrows. The same goes for Tristan Thompson, who notoriously cheated on Khloé Kardashian multiple times during their on-and-off relationship. But Kris, being Kris, seems to have chosen diplomacy over drama this time around.
Interestingly, the post comes amid some real estate struggles for Kris. Her iconic Hidden Hills mansion, known to fans from Keeping Up With the Kardashians, has reportedly been sitting on the market longer than expected. The $13.5 million price tag is apparently turning people off. According to a real estate insider, “It hasn’t had any good enough offers. People have complained it’s way overpriced for what it is. There has also been a lot of concern over wildfire danger and the lack of insurance available for that.”
They added, “The home is gorgeous; everyone agrees on that. But in order to get someone to bite, they’ll need to make the price lower.” The house was featured for over 11 years on KUWTK and is packed with Kardashian history, but that doesn’t seem to be enough to justify the steep listing price, at least not yet.
As for Kris, she continues to juggle her role as momager, reality star, and partner to Corey Gamble, whom she met back in 2014. The pair have been together ever since, and Corey was included in her post as well, no drama there.
Kris, of course, was first married to the late Robert Kardashian, the famous defense attorney for O.J. Simpson. They had four children, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob, before divorcing in 1991. She later married Olympic legend Bruce Jenner, who transitioned and now goes by Caitlyn Jenner. They share daughters Kendall and Kylie. That marriage ended in 2015, right around Caitlyn’s public transition.
Love her or hate her, Kris Jenner knows how to keep people talking. Whether it’s her Instagram tributes, real estate moves, or managing her daughters’ billion-dollar empires, one thing’s clear, the devil works hard, but Kris Jenner works harder.
