Larsa Pippen is turning heads for more than just her drama on Real Housewives of Miami.
According to a top plastic surgeon, the Bravo star has undergone a jaw-dropping transformation involving multiple cosmetic procedures that have completely changed her look. From a boob job and nose job to a Brazilian Butt Lift and facial fillers, experts say the 51-year-old is aiming for a glam, high-maintenance aesthetic designed for the camera, and she’s nailed it.
Dr. Christopher Costa, founder of Platinum Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas, told The U.S. Sun that Larsa’s new appearance is the result of what he calls a “multi-phase aesthetic transformation.” He believes she’s had lipo on her torso paired with a BBL, plus breast augmentation for that snatched, hourglass look. As for her face? He suspects rhinoplasty to refine her nose tip, along with plenty of filler in her lips, cheeks, and even her temples, giving her that over-the-top contoured look.
“It’s not subtle,” Dr. Costa said. “It’s a very deliberate shift to a hyper-feminine look with full lips, high cheekbones, and a tiny waist. The kind of style that plays well on social media and on TV.” He compared Larsa’s new vibe to other celebs like Kim Kardashian and Blac Chyna, who’ve also stacked procedures over time as part of their brand evolution.
New York nurse practitioner Tara Adashev chimed in too, pointing out that Larsa’s face looks “top heavy” from too much filler, which she says has erased the natural contour many people aim for. She also floated the idea that Larsa may have used Ozempic to slim down and could now be dealing with “Ozempic face,” which she believes has been overcorrected with filler.
Despite all the surgical buzz, Larsa seems focused on her relationship with her new man, NBA player Jeff Coby, 31. The couple appeared together on Watch What Happens Live last week, where Jeff melted hearts with his sweet words. “She’s just one of the best humans I’ve ever met,” he said, describing her as intelligent, caring, and kind.
Jeff and Larsa were introduced in January and haven’t looked back since. And apparently, they’re already in the engagement-ring phase. Jeff recently told US Weekly that Larsa has been helping him pick out the perfect ring. “It’s relatively collaborative,” he said and hinted that a proposal is “coming” despite their busy schedules.
Larsa was previously married to NBA legend Scottie Pippen from 1997 to 2021, and the pair share four children: Scotty Jr., Preston, Justin, and Sophia. After her divorce, she had a headline-making romance with Marcus Jordan, Michael Jordan’s son and the former teammate of her ex-husband. That two-year relationship ended last year, making space for her new chapter with Jeff.
So whether it’s her revamped body, her rising romance, or just her unapologetic presence on Bravo, Larsa Pippen continues to dominate both the spotlight and the headlines, with or without a scalpel involved.
