Lindsay Arnold Shuts Down the Shame Around Her Boob Job

Lindsay Arnold is done staying silent, the Dancing with the Stars pro is speaking up loud and clear about her recent boob job, and she’s not here for anyone trying to shame her.

After undergoing breast augmentation earlier this year, Lindsay is using her platform to squash the stigma surrounding cosmetic surgery, one honest post at a time.

The 31-year-old dancer didn’t go into this blindly. She knew full well the internet would come with opinions, both good and bad. “I knew full well I would get a lot of hate and a lot of people sharing their opinions about it, mostly negative, but then a lot of positive,” she told E! News.

But she made it crystal clear that the criticism doesn’t bother her. Why? Because she didn’t get the surgery for anyone else. “It’s my body, it’s my life,” she said. “It’s something I really wanted to do for me, truly for just me.”

Lindsay’s been in the public eye for years, rising to fame with her appearances on So You Think You Can Dance and becoming a fan favorite on Dancing with the Stars. She’s used to being scrutinized, but this time, she’s not just brushing off the comments. She’s actively encouraging others to own their choices. “I want to help other people understand that it’s OK to do that,” she said. “It’s OK to do things for yourself. It’s not selfish. It’s self-love.”

She’s also not about to let social media dictate how she lives. Lindsay said she’s always been transparent online and never wants to pretend to be someone she’s not. “My whole mentality with social media is I’m always going to show up and be myself,” she explained. “I’m never going to pretend. I don’t want to hide. That’s just not who I am as a person.”

And she’s calling out the toxic culture of judgment that’s become normal on social media. “It’s so normal now to judge others and the decisions they make for their own selves, for their own bodies, for their lives,” she said. But she refuses to let online hate change how she lives. “Don’t let that change your decisions and what you feel is best for you.”

Back in January, Lindsay opened up about her surgery for the first time on TikTok, saying she was “really, really happy” with the results. “Surgery went great. Everything went as expected,” she shared in the video, smiling and clearly feeling confident in her decision.

Her message is clear: Whether it’s a boob job or any other personal decision, what matters is how you feel, not what strangers online think. Lindsay Arnold’s boob job isn’t about vanity; it’s about taking control of her body and encouraging others to do the same without guilt or shame.

In an era where filters and fakery dominate timelines, Lindsay’s honesty feels like a breath of fresh air. She’s not trying to be perfect, just real. And if that means facing a few trolls to help others feel empowered about their own choices? She’s more than ready.
