Following a goosebump-raising appearance on Charlie Tee’s BBC Radio 1 D&B Show for 60 Second Send It that saw props from Becky Hill, A Little Sound continues her explosive ascent with her self-titled, debut EP ‘A Little Sound’ starring esteemed producers, Goddard, Dr Meaker, Document One and Gray via Born On Road.

Dreamy singer-songwriter and bubbling DJ, A Little Sound has already been responsible for the vocals behind some of D&B’s biggest anthems including Kanine’s Back In Time, which currently boasts over 6M Spotify streams and support from René Lavice and Charlie Hedges on BBC Radio 1, as well as Technimatic’s Lakota, or Weed & Wine with Friction to name only a few.

With a background in musical theatre and a history of performing acoustic covers via Youtube since she was 11, the multi-faceted singer-songwriter, DJ, MC and stage host has channelled the vibrant soundscape of Bristol D&B influences and beyond, adding to a vocal prowess that landed her 2nd place in DrumandBassArena’s 2021 Award for Best Vocalist.

Simultaneously spinning pitch-perfect vocals and DJing hefty D&B mind-benders in her live sets, A Little Sound’s formidable live presence consistently animates crowds into a grinning frenzy.

Her impressive stage presence has charmed audiences across festivals and clubs this year including headline performances at Motion and Lakota in Bristol, XOYO with Danny Byrd, fabric with DJ Fresh, o2 Academy with Wilkinson, Steel Yard, Glastonbury, Love Saves The Day, Hospitality On The Beach, Electric Woodlands, Rampage, and Boomtown, where she and Inja wrote and performed the closing ceremony anthem in front of 30,000 people.

Set to shell down internationally once more during her upcoming autumn and winter tour that will hit the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, A Little Sound is speedily approaching notoriety with debut EP A Little Sound.

As a beloved member of the Born On Road crew, the EP marks a special family moment for the label. Her most personal work yet, single Better Off Alone ft. Document One demands gun fingers with dark basslines and even heavier drops to reflect on letting go of a lover. Meanwhile The Other Side with fellow Bristol heavyweight Dr. Meaker truly showcases A Little Sound’s vocal range, melding glorious production flows with gorgeous croons.

Meanwhile, Memories sees A Little Sound reunite with Gray since launching her sound on Fallen with him in 2020, showcasing primetime, full-throated D&B drops whilst Breathe with Goddard effortlessly levitates with haunting euphoria. A polished and attentively crafted source of joy, the A Little Sound EP is a triumph for the rising DJ-singer-songwriter, destined to reach the top.
