Argentine producer and Monstercat Silk veteran Airdraw returned to the label today under his progressive house alias Flexible Fire with his ethereal four-track EP, ‘La Cumbre.’
Featuring both organic and melodic house elements, ‘La Cumbre’ is the perfect soundtrack for deep meditation sessions, as each track is a sensational fusion of atmospheric pads, ambient forest foley, and crisp percussion.
The deep bass and rich woodwinds in “Rio Manso” guide the track forward, crafting a serene soundscape meant to conjure the free spirit of a flowing river.
Flexible Fire shares, “I decided to name it ‘La Cumbre’ because it is a place where in recent years I have lived many experiences with friends, beautiful sunsets and I have enjoyed my first flight in an ultralight plane.”
Oval-O adds on his collaborative track, “We chose the name “Río Manso” because it gives us the sensation of swimming in a quiet mountain river, perceiving its movement, its freshness, and its calm.”
