Straight off the back of their debut album release Odyssey: A Musical Journey, UK production duo Tee and Tank, best known as The Heavytrackerz, now reveal the music video for the second single off the project, ‘Control’.
The video stars the track’s featuring artists JME, P Money and Donae’o, as well as Noel Clarke who introduces the album in the opening track.
Having just jumped up to the B List of BBC Radio 1Xtra, ‘Control’ has a message that is very important to the guys – expressing their distaste for being moulded to fit into the industry’s norms. As the hook of the track makes very clear, the duo are “in control” of their own careers and are working on their own terms. In their own words, they state that “‘Control’ is probably the track that best captures the album’s essence.”
