For those moments when you just need to add a little something different to your life, La Felix has you covered. The New Zealand-based producer’s new track “Feel So Good” is brimming with garage-pop melodies and funky beats that simply scream “I’m here to get down.”

The track opens with a steady, wet synth that slowly develops into a rhythmic bassline with disco-influenced toplines, while the catchy vocal of “You make me feel so good” adds the cherry on top.

“I’ve always been crazy about the Talkbox ever since I started producing. The robotic voice always mesmerized me,” says La Felix of his autotuned-inspired hook. “Obviously, Zapp and Roger has been a huge influence on this track and I wanted to add my subtle touch to the genre.” Snag “Feel So Good” as an independent release and use it to kick off your next dance party!

With his unique take on French house and nu disco, La Felix has crafted a refreshing and modern sound that is sure to keep listeners grooving all night long. When he first began producing in 2010, he drew inspiration from iconic artists like Daft Punk and Justice, slowly cultivating his craft and incorporating nuances from artists such as Zapp and Roger, Vulfpeck and George Duke. His official remix of DCUP’s “Someone Told Me” put him on the map as a promising up and coming artist, while his recent single “Delicious” with That’s Nice further bolstered his resume when it was featured on the Netflix special “Insatiable.” Keep an eye out for more funky, feel-good music from La Felix this summer!
