NIGHTMODE is taking its diehard community deep into a ‘WAREHOUSE’ rave with their latest conceptual compilation.

Bolstering their 12th season of releases, the eight-track EP offers gritty, club-ready sounds that span everything from UKG to techno, hard dance, house, and beyond. The project features exclusive new music from borne, KILL SCRIPT, HELLBOUND!, LINK, capshun, Isenberg & NOISES, MASETERIA & NOHC, and ELAC.

Kicking things off comes the exceptional leading offering from Montreal-based producer borne. Renowned for pulling influences from garage, UK bass, trap, progressive, and house music, “deep end” is a moody and murky UKG weapon. The chilling female vocal injects an icy allure that deepens with the backing. Combining rumbling low-end, growling synths, shuffling drum patterns, eerie pads, and badman vocal chops descends the track into a hypnotic wave of pure filth. It’s a timeless anthem that expertly mixes beauty and beast for an unmistakable sound. Future star borne is riding high off his recent single “Can U Feel It,” which is currently clocking in at 544.6k streams, not to mention collaborations with Britt Lari, Lynzz, imallryt, Rico 56. His latest number “deep end” marks an incredible debut on the label and sets the bar for what follows on the compilation.

“deep end is a track focused on bringing a new experience to something familiar. I’ve been following NIGHTMODE for quite some time, so to be a part of this compilation was an honor! Love the staff and artist team here; everyone is super supportive which made the entire process fun and simple.” — borne

Switching the scene comes NIGHTMODE mainstay KILL SCRIPT with his signature sci-fi-inspired techno aesthetic. “SINDROME” wastes no time, jumping right into the heat with driving drums and pounding kicks. The futuristic synths and bubbling basslines inject a dystopian edge that’s amplified as the track progresses. The track builds upon the foundation explored in his recent releases ‘EXTRACTION’ and ‘RESTLESS’ while carving out its own path in the peak-time techno space.

“SINDROME is one of my favorite heavy techno tracks that I’ve made. From EDC Las Vegas to my solo shows all over the country, it always gets a crazy reaction from anyone who hears it. I’m so stoked to continue my release frenzy with NIGHTMODE and to let SINDROME rip.” — KILL SCRIPT

Exploring the realms of “DEEP SPACE” is HELLBOUND!’s latest. Pulling on hard techno influences and injecting new energy, the track mixes nostalgia with a fresh approach for a rave-ready anthem. Punchy kicks and otherworldly chord progressions anchor the cut while a sweet vocal additive lends itself to a layer of catchiness. The stripped-back break allows the hook to steal the spotlight and rest the energy before bringing back the fist-pumping drum work once more.

“I wrote the first version of this song in early 2021 and I immediately knew it had potential. After going through several different versions, I stripped it down to nothing besides the vocal and chord progression and built it back up to the song it is now. This track reminded me that simplicity and good songwriting are so pivotal. I’m so excited about where this tune is now and to release it on NIGHTMODE.” — HELLBOUND!

Label regular LINK keeps the energy riding high with “CALLING YOUR NAME.” The frenetic cut mixes pop-punk vocals with an energetic hard dance sound. The upbeat drums are balanced against smooth basslines while dizzying synths increasingly liven up the pace. It’s a warp-speed ride through the night that’s riddled with longing while still never forgetting to have fun.

“I’ve been listening to a lot of drum & bass lately, so I felt inspired to create something with the same high energy. I’m really happy to be releasing this one on NIGHTMODE’s ‘WAREHOUSE’ compilation alongside so many other talented artists!” — LINK

Rising bass music talent capshun flexes a new side of his sound with the rambunctious romp that is “WRONG4ME.” One of his highest-tempo efforts yet, the track is a mad dash through the artist’s signature sonic world. World influences drift in as foreign flutes and ghostly vocal bends are used for an exotic affair. The beauty clashes against aggressive energy as powerful percussion and gritty bass offer a forward-thinking feel. “WRONG4ME” is a shapeshifting stand-out that showcases capshun’s ever-expanding sound.

“‘WRONG4ME’ is the perfect song for the warehouse. It’s a high-energy house and DnB track that is a weapon in the club, festival, party; you name it. I’m so hype to be dropping it on NIGHTMODE. It’s been a goal of mine for a few years. And this track is such perfect fit for this project.” — capshun

Offering a reprieve from the sweat-inducing energy, “High W You” takes a more refined approach. Deep within the warehouse, Isenberg and NOISES invite the crowd into a proper after-hours spot. Jazzy loops, soulful vocals, and breathy bends exude a sense of rarefied elegance counterbalanced by deep and groove-laden basslines and immersive drops. From majestic melodies to hazy riffs, this collaboration creates a high that’s impossible to forget.

“I wanted to make a more modern version of speed garage with an American bass house influence.” — Isenberg

Label alum MASTERIA links up with debutantes NOHC for the devilish “Drink For Evil.” The bass house anthem is built around a sultry vocal provided by NOHC’s own Suzanne Real that provides an open invitation to the dark side. The lyrics offer a poppy simplicity that’s contrasted with the inky energy carried through. Mixing dark and light, it’s a party anthem that’s fun-loving, free, and heavy in all the right ways. It’s that peak-time soundtrack that scores the turning point of an epic unforgettable night.

“There lies a constant balance between the light and the dark, the good and the bad, so choose which path to take… ‘Do you drink for good, or do you drink for evil?’ Getting to share this track on the debut ‘Warehouse’ compilation is very exciting, and we are honored to be included on this incredible project.” — NOHC

“This track all started with a Tweet, and the rest is history. Couldn’t be more excited to have it on NIGHTMODE, which has been one of my favorite labels for a long time.” — MASTERIA

Taking the project into the sunset comes ELAC’s “Tecknon.” The aptly titled anthem is a minimal techno treat that contains remnants of his trademark electro style. The commanding vocals simmers welcomingly while the divergent production takes the mind to new dimensions. From the pounding kick drums to the futuristic flourishes, sinister sound design, and shifty percussion, this is a warehouse anthem in its purest form.

“This is a first of this sound-infusion for ELAC. I’m super excited to expand the sound palette of my productions, and I’m stoked for NIGHTMODE to be keen to give it a go!” — ELAC
