Having shared the stage with the likes of Nero, Datsik and Zeds Dead, Italian DJ & producer Rossella Blinded’s hard work and dedication has paid off and she has become a force to be reckoned with in bass music.

Recently deemed “one of the most important representatives of Bass Music in Italy” by Beatport and off the back of an extensive US tour schedule, here she’s back with another original production, out 20th January on JiKay’s bass music powerhouse All Trap Music.

Early inspired by the sound of the Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, Prodigy, Too Many Djs, Rossella’s style ranges from trap to dubstep, hip-hop, future and electro. A shout out to her unconditional love for dubstep productions, Blind is a case in point, skillfully blending elements from her trap background with top notch dubstep artistry. On the B-side, the rap & trap-infused Rabbit-Hole explores a slightly softer side to her work – her second collaboration with Philly native Ryshon Jones, a talented US rapper & community-focussed artist: his last album & poetry collection Hope Is a Dangerous Thing received unanimous praise from critics and public alike.

On the release, Rossella said “The ep was a long process because i wanted to explore some different genres such as dubstep and hiphop, differently from my previous two eps. I really love the final result because inside there’s all of me. I also sang in all the tracks which makes it very personal for me too.!”

The release of Blind will be complemented by a remix courtesy from iTalian duo Thug For Less x Bonny and a VIP trap edit of the lead track by Rosella herself. With its immediate appeal and technicality, Blind is set to be yet another string to Rosella’s bow and a new landmark in her flourishing career.
