Finding air time with the likes of Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1, Jason Bentley on KCRW and The Aston Shuffle on Australia’s triple j for their moody dancefloor rework of ‘Breezeblocks’ by alt-J, Tinlicker reveal the final single ahead of their debut album release, ‘This Is Not Our Universe’.

Returning to the soulful laidback house music that made them such a beloved act on Anjunadeep, Jordi and Micha are reunited with Australian singer Thomas Oliver, the voice behind ‘Nothing Without You’ and ‘Soon You’ll Be Gone’.

“Thomas Oliver has been a friend of the family ever since he appeared on Black Sun Empire’s ‘All Is Lost’ for the first time. Together we wrote ‘Soon You’ll Be Gone’ and ‘Nothing Without You’, so we definitely wanted another track in collaboration with him on our album. This tune has a very nice feel-good vibe for us, and that is mainly due to Thomas’ vocals. We tried to make the instrumental elements fit around it as well as possible.”

Tinlicker’s ‘This Is Not Our Universe’ will be released on vinyl, limited edition CD tin and digitally on the 27th of September. Their global album tour includes dates across North America, Europe and Australia with more dates to be announced soon. Full info on the album and tour can be found HERE.
