$10K Payouts Ending Soon – Here’s How to Claim Yours

If you want to pocket up to $10,000 in data breach payouts, you’d better move fast.

The clock is ticking on multiple class action settlements that offer serious money to people affected by company data breaches.

First up is the Enzo Biochem settlement. After a 2023 breach leaked patient data, Enzo agreed to a $7.5 million pot. Claimants who were mailed a notice can file for up to $10,000 by June 23, 2025. The suit alleged Enzo failed to implement basic cybersecurity, they deny wrongdoing but will pay up.

Retina Group of Washington also agreed to a $3.6 million settlement for a breach that compromised patients’ Social Security numbers and health insurance data. Payments of up to $300 are available for basic losses and up to $5,000 for extraordinary identity theft or fraud expenses. Claims must be in by June 23, 2025.

Navvis and SSM Health also suffered a ransomware attack at their Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin locations. Without admitting fault, they’ll pay $6.5 million to settle. Claimants can receive up to $7,000 for significant financial losses or $2,000 for out-of-pocket expenses if they file before July 7, 2025.

Then there’s Goodwill Industries (MERS Missouri/Illinois). Following a March 2023 breach, they agreed to pay up to $5,000 for extraordinary losses or $500 for general losses, provided you submit your claim before July 7, 2025.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Several other big-name companies have settlement deadlines approaching. MGM Resorts will pay out $45 million after its breach, Feel Free Wellness Tonic will pay $8.75 million, Avast will pay $16.5 million, and HP.com will pay $4 million for fake discounts. HALO BassiNest Bassinet ($1.5 million) and Whirlpool, KitchenAid, and Maytag’s frost-issue settlement also close this summer.

Even UnitedHealth’s Optum branch is part of a $1.8 million robocall settlement closing June 24, 2025, alongside Sierra-at-Tahoe ski tickets and DSW’s $4.42 million for spam texts closing June 30.

If you qualify, these data breach settlements can mean serious money. And remember, many of these require proof, especially for higher payouts like Navvis and Goodwill. But with payouts up to $10,000 on the table, it’s worth checking.

Here’s a quick look at the most important settlements you can still file for this summer:
