Back for its fourth year, AIM Electronic Music Festival announces a phase 1 line-up that will have dance music enthusiasts holding their breath in anticipation of their return to Parc Carillon.

Taking place July 6, 7 & 8 amongst a natural, serene site just 1 hour outside Montreal, AIM has quickly become one of Canada’s most impressive music affairs. Offering an unparalleled festival experience, attendees may immerse themselves in more than 24 hours of non-stop music, while camping amidst nature and friends. This summer, AIM will host an additional 5th stage, providing more musical diversity and spaces to explore. From hard-hitting techno, to uplifting progressive house, to hefty bass, to dynamic trance; AIM Electronic Music Festival offers a sound for everyone.

In alphabetical order, first up is the AIM Stage, which will see Canada’s techno ambassador Carlo Lio, Dirtybird boss Claude Von Stroke, House legend Danny Tenaglia, Germany’s electro-rock duo Digitalism (live), the mastermind behind minimal techno; Sci+Tec boss Dubfire, sensational techno live act Gaiser, progressive techno & technical genius James Zabiela, tech-house wizard Jay Lumen, global legend and Last Night on Earth label boss Sasha and the UK’s revered duo Way Out West (live) made up of Nick Warren and Jody Wisternoff.

Heading over to the bass camp, attendees will be getting knees deep in the dirt with AFK vs. Svdden Death, Bonnie X Clyde, Brillz, dance music rapper Crichy Crich, gangster rap and skateboard activist Dack Janiels, cutting-edge bass music purveyors Dodge & Fuski, dubstep disciple Dubloadz, Figure, Germany’s MONSTERS crew representatives INFEKT, Kill The Noise, Midnight Tyrannosaurus, Ray Volpe, Ricky Remedy, and TrollPhace.

The Trance Arena will be projecting powerful airwaves with Egyptian duo Aly & Fila, ASOT frequenter Ben Gold, Cold Blue, astounding trance vocalist Emma Hewitt (live), French producer Ferry Tayle, Italy’s soulful maestro Giuseppe Ottaviani, Anjunbeats habitué Grum, the UK’s notable dance music export Jody Wisternoff, internationally acclaimed trance producer John O’Callaghan and Norwegian trance sensation Ørjan Nilsen.

The beats are always bumping and the vibe is always tight over at the Monolithes stage. This year, get your groove on with CUFF label honchos Amine Edge & DANCE, tech house club-groover David Penn, House music staple and one half of Masters At Work; it’s Kenny Dope, NYC-based house producer Quentin Harris, the one and only S-Man aka Roger Sanchez and American pop singer-songwriter and producer Ultra Naté.

Last, but certainly not least, Montreal based-label Multi Culti is back hosting their very own stage for those with an open heart and imaginative mind. Curating the soundtrack will be none other than Multi Culti’s Co-Founder Thomas Von Party who will also perform, alongside fellow Multi Culti Co-shaman Dreems and the expressive and eclectic sounds of Ecuadorian-based producer Nicola Cruz. Set against a breathtaking historical site on the boarder of the Outaouais River, AIM offers the rare opportunity for electronic music’s diverse listeners to come together and celebrate music under one star-lit sky!
