Producing one of the most successful tracks of 2017 – the 320+ million stream juggernaut single ‘Solo Dance’ – Danish DJ Martin Jensen embarks on his most ambitious Asian tour to date.
Landing in Shenzen, China on December 9th to headline the Electric Jungle Festival, Jensen then jets straight over to M2 in Shanghai, before hitting up Thailand’s Big Mountain Music Festival, Club Sydrome in Kunming, Papaya in Xian, Muse Club in Tianjin, Bali’s Saga Music Festival and X2 Club in Jakarta, before wrapping up what has been a spectacular year at The Final Countdown in Seoul, Korea on December 31st.
Just three years ago, Jensen was a mobile DJ who sold agricultural equipment in the small town of Jutland, and an Asian tour seemed nothing more than a distant dream. Now, after the huge success of ‘Solo Dance’ and follow up single ‘Wait’, starring US duo Loote and Jensen’s army of fans from around the world, the young Dane commands audiences around the world at venues as prestigious as London’s Wembley Stadium and as iconic as Tomorrowland’s Main Stage.
With 2.6 million followers on Facebook, rising 12 places in the influential DJ Mag Top 100, 625 million streams on Spotify, 73 million plays on YouTube and platinum record status in a number of countries, excitement for Martin Jensen’s return to Asia is understandably reaching fever pitch.
