Review: Technimatic – Flashbulb EP

0

Technimatic are back with “Flashbulb”, their first major solo project after their 2014 album, “Desire Paths”, out now on Shogun Audio.

The guys of Technimatic have put together a majestic arrangement of songs that allows one to lose themselves in the soothing sounds within the compositions. “Flashbulb” features four songs carefully crafted for all you drum & bass heads.

The EP begins with “Secret Smile” which features the velvety vocals of Lucy Kitchen. From the beginning you are drawn in by the beat, carried on a river of pure audible pleasure to a place far away. The reese bassline adds an edge perfect for dance floor formats. Leading into “Dirty Hands”, the second track follows through with the chilled out, liquid funk vibe, keeping the same intensity and energy carried throughout the EP. The title track moves gracefully through our auditory senses, soon enveloping us in the heart beat of music heaven. “Remember You” closes of this beauty with crisp class. I particularly like the deep bassline of this track.

Ladies and gentlemen of bass music, this EP is absolutely stunning, you shall not be disappointed. So please do yourselves a favour and grab your copy asap.
