Cassie Ventura just dropped bombshell testimony in court about her time with Sean “Diddy” Combs, and it’s gut-wrenching.
On her second day testifying in New York, Cassie painted a disturbing picture of what she says went down behind closed doors during Diddy’s alleged “freak off” sex parties. The 38-year-old singer, who’s eight months pregnant with her third child, told the court she relied on ketamine to mentally check out during these wild nights, because the reality was just too traumatic to endure.
According to Cassie, ketamine became her go-to during these freak-outs. “Ketamine, Sean had it. It took time out of the freak-off,” she explained. “That was my preferred drug because it was the most dissociative.” These parties weren’t just wild, she says they left lasting damage, not just emotionally but physically too. She admitted to getting sores on her tongue, sometimes from drug use and sometimes from “having my mouth on different things from oil and lubricants.” In one disturbing instance, she even texted Diddy saying she had painful mouth sores and another UTI. His reply? Just a simple apology, according to her testimony.
Things got even darker when Cassie shared how Diddy allegedly directed her to sleep with other men while he watched and pleasured himself. She says she recognized many of the sex workers involved but couldn’t recall all their names. Looking at a photo in court, she remarked, “I don’t remember his name. He looks familiar from freak-offs.”
Cassie also claimed she had to screen the escorts to ensure they weren’t undercover cops. “I would lead with that I’m not a cop first,” she said, explaining how she followed Diddy’s instructions to the letter, often out of fear. When asked by Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson why she didn’t just walk away or refuse, Cassie responded honestly: she loved him, but she was also scared out of her mind.
She described a pattern of abuse, saying that when Diddy was angry, he got violent. Even during the freak-outs, she alleged, things turned physical. “He would grab me up and push me down. Hit me in the side of the head. Kick me. You name it.” One particularly horrific moment she recalled happened in 2013, when Diddy attacked her in front of friends. Two of them allegedly jumped in to pull him off her, and in the scuffle, she cut her eyebrow on the bed. Rather than seek proper help, she said Diddy ordered his security to take her to a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. Later, she sent him a photo of her injury. His reply? “You. Don’t know. When to. Stop. You have pushed IT. Too far. And continue to push. Sad.”
On the same day in court, a now-infamous surveillance video was played showing Diddy kicking and hitting Cassie in an LA hotel elevator. In the footage, she curls up on the floor as he repeatedly strikes her. When asked why she didn’t fight back, Cassie said it only made things worse. “It just made him more violent, made him stronger,” she told the court. “He was surprised I was actually fighting back, it made him have more anger, more frustration… I did [fight back] more on the early side [of their relationship] and make it worse for myself.”
As Cassie continues to testify in the ongoing trial, her words are painting a terrifying portrait of a relationship that allegedly masked years of trauma, manipulation, and fear. The trial, which includes serious charges against Diddy, racketeering, sex trafficking by force, coercion, and transportation for prostitution, is still underway. But one thing’s already clear: Cassie’s testimony is shaking the courtroom, and the internet, to its core.
