SSSniperwolf Says Ex-Husband Took Half in Divorce and Now Wants Her Channels

SSSniperwolf, or Alia Shelesh, is once again on the hot seat, and this time it’s not for content but her dirty breakup with ex-husband Evan “Sausage” Young.

With 35 million subscribers and over a decade of reign in the reaction video kingdom, she’s YouTube’s largest star. Behind the scenes, however, her divorce is playing out like a Netflix docu-series, complete with lawsuits, accusations, and conspiracy theories on the internet.

When speaking with streamer Kai Cenat, SSSniperwolf shared that her ex is suing her for pretty much everything she has left. “He’s suing me for the lot,” she explained to Kai. “He’s already got half, but he’s coming for all my future pay anyway.” As she explained it, in addition to already getting half of her possessions in the split, Young is now after more, aiming for her accounts, her funds, and even her channels.

Court papers reveal this’s not an amicable divorce feud but outright business litigation. The filings outline seven causes of action against SSSniperwolf: breach of duty, breach of contract, interference, and conversion. Young claims the SSSniperwolf brand was a joint venture from the get-go, stating he brought scripts, editing, and back-end management while she provided the face. According to him, the channel never belonged to her alone, it belonged to them both.

One of the most incendiary segments of the lawsuit rekindles a classic conspiracy theory from her early years. Her devoted fans remember when she was accused of not doing her Call of Duty gameplay videos live. The suit alleges Sausage operated the gameplay while she provided only commentary. If it is true, it would discredit her gaming roots and fuel speculation for years. YouTube commentator Atozy encapsulated it thus: “This lawsuit basically validated what everyone’s been speculating for years.”

The court fight has already dragged on for three years and does not seem to be letting up. Young claims they decided in 2013 to share ad revenue 50/50, but says Shelesh shut him out after their 2022 split. He also alleges that she was in backroom deals with her boss Kevin Gold, portraying her as secretly operating a one-woman content empire at his expense.

For SSSniperwolf, the battle will continue and possibly last well into next year. Between aging gaming gossip, allegations of backdoor deals, and her ex targeting her channels, her life off-screen is beginning to match her YouTube content in terms of drama.
