Tarek El Moussa is keeping it real – and weirdly supportive – when it comes to his ex-wife Christina Haack’s love life.
In a new interview with UsWeekly, the HGTV star casually predicted that Christina isn’t done walking down the aisle just yet.
When asked how many more marriages Christina Haack might have, Tarek El Moussa didn’t hesitate: “At least [one more time]!” he said with a grin. If true, this would be Christina’s fourth marriage following her splits from Tarek, Ant Anstead, and Josh Hall.
Tarek and Christina were married from 2009 to 2018 and co-parent two children together: 14-year-old Taylor and 9-year-old Braden. Christina also shares a 5-year-old son, Hudson, with Ant Anstead. Currently, she’s dating businessman Christopher LaRocca – and yes, even Tarek approves of the guy.
“The new guy she’s dating, I really like him. He’s really nice,” Tarek said. “She’s going through a tough time, and he seems really supportive. So far, so good. We’re all hopeful.”
In fact, the two exes have been going on double dates with their respective partners – Christina with Christopher, and Tarek with his current wife, Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa. According to Tarek, those group outings have been surprisingly chill.
“The double dates are actually fun,” he revealed. “It’s just about working together, spending time together and creating some really fun TV.”
That “fun TV” includes their new HGTV show The Flip Off, which features Tarek, Christina, and Heather navigating their shared past and flipping properties. And surprisingly, it’s been good for their personal growth too.
“The show gave me and Christina an opportunity to apologize for things we did to each other. It gave Christina and Heather an opportunity to bond even closer,” he shared. “We’re going to dinners now.”
Meanwhile, Tarek is also busy with Season 3 of Flipping 101, where he mentors rookie house flippers risking their life savings in a volatile housing market.
“It’s kind of a wild season,” he teased. “There was a lot of high-risk flips we did.”
While the internet might speculate on Christina’s future vows, it’s clear Tarek isn’t sweating the drama. If anything, he seems genuinely optimistic about where everyone stands – marriages, new boyfriends, double dates and all.
