Walton Goggins’ wife, Nadia Conners, is finally commenting on the widely speculated rumors of an affair between her husband and his White Lotus co-star, Aimee Lou Wood.
After whispers of on-set romances and questionable social media behavior between Wood and Goggins came to light, fans speculated on the nature of the on-screen couple’s off-screen dynamic. Specifically, many assumed Wood and Goggins had a secret affair while shooting the HBO hit series.

He said of the cast and crew’s experience while filming Mike White’s hit show, “Like anywhere you go for the summer, there’s friendships, there’s romances, there’s arguments, there’s cliques that form and break and re-form and stuff like that.”
Of course, fans began to conclude that the “romances” Isaacs was referring to revolved around co-stars Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood. This hypothesis came about when eagle-eyed White Lotus fans realized the two were no longer following each other on Instagram, leading people to believe that the co-stars had a heartbreaking falling out behind the scenes.
Furthermore, Wood and Goggins affectionately gushed about one another throughout the White Lotus Season 3 press tour, with many of Goggins’ comments about Wood indicating that of a romantic nature, rather than the sort of thing you’d say about your run-of-the-mill co-star. For instance, Goggins referred to Wood as his “soulmate” during the press tour, and implied they had a once-in-a-lifetime connection that went far beyond a professional nature.
He spilled to The Associated Press about their dynamic, saying, “The first time I met Aimee, I knew she was gonna be a very, very, very, very important person in my life….You know, I’ve had chemistry with a lot of people over the course of my career, but I knew instantaneously that this was a person that we could go anywhere together.”
He continued, adding, “Right out of the gate we just became very very very close… and ‘trust’ was a very integral part of that process. We both wanted to honor the story of Rick and Chelsea, and found their love to be intoxicating.” Goggins continued, “The first time I met her, I felt like I’d known her a thousand years, and she felt the same about me. We had an incredible dance, the two of us.”

Amid all this wildfire speculation, Goggins’ spouse Nadia Conners is finally telling her side of the story. According to Conners, she finds the rumors “odd.” But Conners is trying to see the positive side of the whole messy situation, by suggesting these rumors are just a testament to how dedicated fans are to The White Lotus.
“It’s odd to see it, but it’s an indication of how much people were invested in the fictional characters,” Conners revealed to Hello! Magazine. “I take it as a sign that he’s become quite popular.”
