Heath joined Wayfarer Studios in December 2020, initially as interim Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he was tasked with aligning the company’s creative and business goals with its mission. By August 2021, he was promoted to President, later taking on the role of CEO, where he oversees the company’s operations and financial health.

Wayfarer Studios is known for producing inspirational content, including the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s bestseller, It Ends With Us, which released in August 2024.
