“I’ve obviously been burned by Jax more times than I can count,” Stassi revealed in her latest memoir. “On Vanderpump Rules, we called it “being Jax’d.” You can just go to old episodes and see for yourself. This time Jax was doing it to Beau, after I had encouraged their friendship. Why would I continue a friendship when someone has repeatedly shown me his character? Nope. Not anymore. I want to surround myself with people I can count on.”

Fans of Vanderpump Rules have taken the liberty of placing a romantic spin on why Jax Taylor refused to attend Stassi Schroeder’s wedding. According to some fans of the show, they believe Jax is still in love with Stassi after all this time and would be crushed to see her marrying someone else. “Jax made sure they were never going to make it to Stassi and Beau’s wedding because he couldn’t stomach seeing her marry someone else,” one commenter wrote on the Vanderpump Rules subreddit.
