Formerly one-half of Pixel Terror, genre-bending producer Afinity today shared his first solo release on Monstercat, joining forces with anonymous singer-songwriter group Nevve for the emotive bass single, “Endless (Best Of Me).”
The new record is a testament to Afinity’s highly-skilled sound design, seeing the acclaimed virtuoso blend instrumental guitar riffs with moody synthesizers pushing the boundaries of his signature sound.
Nevve’s passionate vocals address emotions that run high when facing an intangible relationship, coalescing into powerful melodic drops and an anthemic hook. Afinity is ready to take his solo project into new territory, with more melodic-based singles that fans can look forward to on the label next year.
