On the heels of delivering “Take Me Home,” the record that sumthin sumthin cites as his “favorite track he’s ever made,” FMU Records strikes again with a hard-hitting single from Canadian producer Aliiias, “Fuck Right Off”.

Since launching in December 2022, FMU Records has released one explosive weapon after another with tracks from the likes of Jon Casey, Dabow, sumthin sumthin, as well as the fourth single from her forthcoming debut LP under her enigmatic moniker Whyte Fang.

Packing bass-drenched sounds, infectious percussive elements, and a hip-hop-influenced vocal drizzle, the track showcases Aliiias’s unique production technique, creating a thundering banger. “Fuck Right Off” is due for release on February 24 via FMU Records.

Launching a long-term partnership, “Fuck Right Off” serves as Aliiias’s first official release on FMU Records and showcases his versatile production style. With his latest offering, Aliiias showcases his ability to break the confines of genre, seeing the talent lean into a more bass-heavy sound. Utilizing a compressed kick drum to emphasize snares, as opposed to previous productions that displayed a string of more uplifting and euphoric progressive house elements. Featuring a grimy bassline and glitchy sounds, “Fuck Right Off” transports listeners to a warbly soundscape.

“I found Aliiias through his track “Mess With Me” that I saw on a Spotify playlist. He’s a really exciting up and coming artist producer from Ontario, Canada with some amazing sound design. I got some of his demos and knew on the first listen I wanted to sign this record, it’s a club banger and I can’t wait to hear him play it out at the Warehouse party in NYC” – Alison Wonderland

A promising up-and-coming talent, Aliiias continues to showcase his acute artistry and position himself as one of dance music’s “ones to watch.” Earning him a spot on FMU Records’ newly-established rising class, his production skills are destined to take him further.

Aliiias will join Whyte Fang, Jon Casey, Dabow, Villa, and sumthin sumthin at the FMU Records launch party taking place in New York City on March 10, 2023. Making his NYC debut, Aliiias will show that he can do it all, showing how he can balance opposing sounds.
