Australian electro-house producer and Monstercat veteran Bad Computer returned to the label today with the emotive, upbeat single, “Fly”.
With lyrics that embrace truth and self-discovery, “Fly” represents Bad Computer’s trajectory toward reinvention, illuminating his forward-thinking soundscape and uplifting synths that make for a feel-good summer tune. Following his impressive EP ‘Somewhere New’ that has amassed over three million streams in a year, this marks his third new track in 2022 and so far, he says it’s been one of his favourite songs he’s ever written.
Bad Computer shares, “This song is about being radically honest with yourself, and letting that honesty guide you to what you desire most in life. I really surprised myself with how seamlessly everything developed, and I think that came down to the fact that I could hear most sections in my head before even starting.”
