Australian electro-house producer and Monstercat veteran Bad Computer returned to the label today, unveiling his vibrant new single, “Just Dance.”
Arriving one year to the date from his highly-anticipated debut EP ‘Somewhere New,’ “Just Dance” signals the start of a new chapter in Bad Computer’s storied career. Drawing inspiration from Finnish dance-pop artists like Teemu Brunila and Elias Kaskinen, he blends disco-inspired synths and bouncy leads with his signature hard-hitting basses and drums.
Featuring a vocoded vocal hook written and sung by Bad Computer himself, “Just Dance” is one of many dancefloor anthems to come from the multifaceted producer.
Bad Computer shares, “In 2021 I was experimenting a lot. I’ve been super drawn to other genres as of late and spent the last year searching for a fusion of dance-pop and my harder-hitting electro that would satisfy my ongoing desire for artistic growth. ‘Just Dance’ sets the scene moving forward for the third chapter of my project. There’s much more to come, and I’m really excited to share it!”
