About Skyelle

Characterized by a stunning, dynamic voice and a strong presence over an array of styles and genres, Skyelle—a singer-songwriter from Columbus, Ohio—originally entered the scene producing electronic music before making her way onto the mic. After several acclaimed releases on Armada, mau5trap and others under her former alias Buddygirrl, her transition to the microphone was welcomed with a slew of compelling performances, prominently including collaborative records on Canadian independent imprint Monstercat. Skyelle’s collaborators fall all over the genre spectrum, and include acclaimed artists such as Muzzy, Varien, Chris James, and Duumu—her powerful, versatile vocals and songwriting prowess make her a formidable force across the musical fold.
