Based in Slovakia, DJ and Producer C:rcle has just detonated her brand new single ‘Oscillate’ on Korsakov, featuring the vocals of Gid Sedgwick and combining the sounds of drum & bass as well as her techno and other dancefloor influences.
A frequent face on Korsakov line ups, alongside releasing under its own label too, she continues to smash up clubs with her take on the genre and with the help of Gid Sedgwick, kickstarts the upcoming summer with an anthemic slammer.
We asked C:rcle to give us a run down of the tracks which made her, which you can find out below. Her new release is out now too on Korsakov:
Camo & Krooked & Mefjus – U
The track “U” evolves from start to finish, stirring up a lot of emotions in me and its perfect sound penetrates to the tip of my bones. Camo & Krooked and Mefjus have left an unforgettable mark on this planet.
Dimension – Hatred
In addition to bringing a new breath and aesthetic to the DnB scene, Dimension also brought a new form of expression and boundary crossing. It’s “love it or hate it” and such personalities are breaking down standards and we need such. It’s easy to fit in, but breaking down standards and being outrageous is in a sense pushing us forward.
Netsky – Memory Lane
The track “Memory Lane” brought a foundation to my musical taste and always gives me goosebumps. I would do this period of my life all over again anytime and I can also recall these feelings thanks to this track.
MUZZ – Somewhere Else
I love long intros full of unexpected sounds. MUZZ is an incredible talent who is an integral part of pushing the boundaries in DnB music production. His music delivers an experience and tells a story.
Grafix – Half Life
The pilot track of the album ‘Half Life’ by Grafix is an integral part of my sets. The combination of acid sounds and dark mood is my favourite style of DnB.
Nero – Innocence
A timeless track with a legendary vocal, it’s etched itself into my playlists forever. The Dubstep wave absolutely hit me and for me this genre will never die out.
Oliverse – Turbulence
The creator of melodic dubstep has waded into DnB waters. I just hope he’ll do it more often, because he’s absolutely smashed it!
HI-LO – Kronos
I can’t describe what a piece of art this track is to me. I absolutely adore Oliver Heldens’s alterego and what a track, what a masterpiece!
Skrillex – All Is Fair in Love and Brostep
The absolute king of the electronic music scene who made it to the top. For me, this track is an integral part of one of my important links in shaping my taste in electronic music.
