Sensational dance duo Dada Life made their Monstercat debut today, joining forces with Chinese electronic prodigy DEXTER KING for their anticipated collaborative single, “Take Me Into Space.”

Marking the first release for Dada Life outside of their own imprint since launching in 2021, the record sees DEXTER KING step into uncharted territory beyond his signature melodic soundscapes.

Injected with heavy future rave stylings blending adrenaline-pumping buildups and tech-house driven kicks, “Take Me Into Space” shows a darker side to the trio. While Dada Life rarely team up with other artists on their releases, the synergy with DEXTER KING was undeniable, making for a dynamic start to 2023.

Dada Life shares, “The aim with this song was to make something that could shatter the Earth and lift you to the sky like a rocket, because when that happens, you can’t stop smiling.”

DEXTER KING adds, “If life is as short as a song, we shall waste no time on earth.”

Upon launching their label with Revealed Recordings in 2021, Dada Life has released Crash & Smile compilations every month, showcasing rising artists across the scene.

In collaborating with DEXTER KING, they continue to highlight their passion for giving a platform to promising acts. Renowned for their humourous and energetic live performances around the globe, fans can look forward to their upcoming set at Miami’s Ultra Musical Festival in 2023. The duo are also lauded for their technical skill sets, developing their own popular plug-ins such as the Sausage Fattener and Endless Smile, used by Axwell, Zedd, Steve Angello, and more.

The last two years have seen DEXTER on a meteoric rise in China’s electronic music scene, earning a spot on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs in 2021. His work with Monstercat has landed him syncs with video games such as Rocket League, Fortnite, and Forza, in addition to his debut on the Chinese singing competition series, E-POP OF CHINA. Up until the lockdown, DEXTER brought his live show across the country, performing at festivals like Waterworld and International Sanya Music Festival.
