UK tech-house phenom Deeper Purpose touches down on Insomniac Records with his label debut, “Stop Trippin,’” a haughty, unapologetic stick of dancefloor dynamite.

Within the last half-decade, the London-bred producer has found himself reaping the benefits of chart-topping success all while breathing air of fulfillment into the lives of house enthusiasts from around the world. Stepping into the picture with his first offering from 2022, the skilled groove technician keeps the party-pleasing vibes on tap as he makes his long-awaited first appearance on the Insomniac imprint.

“Stop Trippin’” is an incorrigible club tool that marches strictly to the beat of its own drum. Audacious and impossible to put in a corner, this defiant groove instinctively goes off the rails and doesn’t look back.

Two headstrong vocals take turns trying to assert their dominance, refusing to fall in line as a chunky, ill-mannered percussive bounce stirs the pot between the pair of audacious antagonists. Jolts of electricity, short laser blasts, and skittering synths are sprinkled in to cleverly break up the unruly rhythm, providing the track with high-voltage energy capable of shocking club-goers right back into their senses.

The track has been a highly requested ID over the course of the last year, one that he’s been keeping on a short leash until the suspense could no longer be tolerated. It’s already garnered early support from tastemakers such as Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Wade, CID, Steve Lawler, Martin Ikin, and the list is only going to continue to read like a who’s who from house music. As his first official release of the year, you can count on feeling the high voltage of “Stop Trippin’” for the indefinite future.

Deeper Purpose’s new single “Stop Trippin’” is available everywhere via Insomniac Records.
